I am investigating the growing of organic leafy vegetables, but I'm very green (pun intended:) to this whole business and have a few questions. I'm hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction. Where can one find out the average prices offered to producers (both for local delivery and export) of organic vegetables ? This information would be very important for setting up budgets and cashflow predictions. How does one go about marketing your produce both locally and internationally ? Is it worthwhile to certify your products as organic ? Thanks for a very informative site, and to all those willing to share their knowledge.
